Daily Living and Personal Care

Support with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, household tasks, and overnight or sleepover care. Delivered by consistent, personality-matched support workers under RN oversight.

Community Participation

Assistance with social outings, appointments, recreational activities, shopping, and staying connected to the Moreton Bay community. Social inclusion is a health outcome, not an optional extra.

24/7 and Complex Care

For participants with high support needs, we provide 24/7 care options including hoist transfers, PEG feeding, complex health management, and behaviour support integration, all under registered nurse supervision.
